Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Science Manager to lead our data science team drive datadriven decisionmaking and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities a deep understanding of data analytics and a passion for using data to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Develop and implement datadriven strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee the design and of advanced data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and data requirements.
• Ensure data quality integrity and security across all data sources.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data science with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with data analysis machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
• Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
