Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis preparing reports and providing insights to support decisionmaking processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data including budgets forecasts and financial statements to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
• Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct adhoc analyses and provide insights to support various business initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends economic conditions and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
