Job Description:
As the Director of Partnerships at Augmentjobs you will be responsible for leading and expanding our strategic partnership efforts. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders negotiating partnership agreements and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth through strategic alliances. You will play a crucial role in identifying new partnership opportunities managing partner performance and ensuring that partnerships align with the companys strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Augmentjobs business objectives. Identify potential partners negotiate agreements and manage ongoing relationships.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners. Act as the primary point of contact for partnershiprelated matters and address any issues or opportunities that arise.
Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations for partnership contracts ensuring terms are favorable for Augmentjobs and align with our business goals.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing sales product development and other relevant departments to integrate partnership opportunities and ensure successful of partnership agreements.
Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Performance: Track the performance of existing partnerships analyze results and provide insights for improvement. Report on partnership outcomes and their impact on business objectives.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partners. Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to enhance partnership strategies.
Develop Partnership Materials: Create and manage presentation materials proposals and reports for potential and existing partners.
Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of partnership managers or coordinators providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 25 years of experience in partnership management business development or a related field. Proven track record of successful partnership development and negotiation.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and partnership management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
