Job Description

Job Title: Director of Marketing

Salary Range: $80000 to $120000

Experience Level: 2 to 5 years

Job Description:

As the Director of Marketing at Augmentjobs you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness generate leads and support our growth objectives. You will lead a dynamic marketing team oversee marketing campaigns and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with Augmentjobs business goals and objectives.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  2. Campaign Management:

    • Oversee the creation and of multichannel marketing campaigns including digital social media email and traditional marketing.

    • Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve desired results.

  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead mentor and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets and professional development goals.

    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

  4. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

    • Develop and maintain the brands voice and visual identity.

  5. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on marketing investments.

    • Track and report on marketing expenditures and performance against budget.

  6. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs preferences and behaviors.

    • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales product and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

    • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.

  8. Reporting:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance including metrics insights and recommendations to senior management.

    • Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a marketing team.

  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media and email marketing.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to drive decisionmaking and optimize performance.

  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with a strong ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics CRM systems and marketing automation software.
