Job Title: Hedge Fund Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The Hedge Fund Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fund ensuring smooth processes across portfolio management risk assessment compliance and trade settlements. This role requires a deep understanding of hedge fund structures and regulations with a focus on improving operational efficiency while managing multiple stakeholders including traders custodians and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday operations including trade settlements reconciliations and cash management
• Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize operational workflows
• Manage relationships with service providers such as prime brokers custodians and auditors
• Lead risk management initiatives and identify areas for operational improvement
• Supervise the middle and backoffice teams ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data handling
• Handle investor reporting and support the onboarding of new investors
• Work with IT teams to develop systems that streamline fund operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field (Masters degree preferred)
• 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations or similar financial services role
• Strong understanding of hedge fund structures trade lifecycle and risk management
• Familiarity with fund accounting systems and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

• Salary: $150000 $200000 per year based on experience
