Position: Administrative Services Manager
Department: TN DHS
Location: 955 E. 20th St. Cookeville TN 38501
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 73165 Proficiency with reviewing updating and maintaining spreadsheets presentation software and working efficiently in multiple data bases.
- Supervise a team of 8 to 12 contract staff ensure they complete their data collection and data entry assignments daily ensure all assignments and task are completed in a timely manner.
- The contract manager is expected to attend all staff and management meetings take any required trainings while ensuring all staff attend any staff meeting and take any required trainings.
- The contract manager will work closely with the Admin. to ensure all duties are being met and to develop a smoothrunning mail hub for the State of Tennessee.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
- 2 4 Years Experience in Office work/Clerical work.
