Location: Southington CTHybrid 3 days office and 2 days remote.

Software asset Management resource

• ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
• Software normalization experience
• Tracking of software usage
• Experience in understanding licenses and entitlements.
• Reporting compliance
• Managing reclamations
• Monitoring renewals
• Dashboard reporting
• Proactive problem solving and resourceful.

ServiceNow Flow Designer/Developer

• Advanced capabilities in building workflows using flow designer.
• Advanced capabilities in reporting and dashboarding with in ServiceNow
• Skilled at error handling
• Quality control and understands user impact and experience
• Build catalog items and supporting workflows.
• Can assess and perform impact analysis on workflows.

ServiceNow ITOM expert

• Skilled a building new integration to data sources
• Optimizes IRE and CMDB 360 capabilities for the highest quality results in multisourcing
• Understand discovery patterns and best practices and reporting on performance.
• Uses workspaces robustly to govern the environment
• Uses cloud discovery to report real time on cloud resources.
• Understands the dynamic state of cloud and proper presentation of the ephemeral resources
• Understands relationships between CI and establishing recommended and measuring compliance.
