Position: ServiceNow SAM Expert
Location: Southington CTHybrid 3 days office and 2 days remote.
JD:
Software asset Management resource
- ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
- Software normalization experience
- Tracking of software usage
- Experience in understanding licenses and entitlements.
- Reporting compliance
- Managing reclamations
- Monitoring renewals
- Dashboard reporting
- Proactive problem solving and resourceful.
ServiceNow Flow Designer/Developer
- Advanced capabilities in building workflows using flow designer.
- Advanced capabilities in reporting and dashboarding with in ServiceNow
- Skilled at error handling
- Quality control and understands user impact and experience
- Build catalog items and supporting workflows.
- Can assess and perform impact analysis on workflows.
ServiceNow ITOM expert
- Skilled a building new integration to data sources
- Optimizes IRE and CMDB 360 capabilities for the highest quality results in multisourcing
- Understand discovery patterns and best practices and reporting on performance.
- Uses workspaces robustly to govern the environment
- Uses cloud discovery to report real time on cloud resources.
- Understands the dynamic state of cloud and proper presentation of the ephemeral resources
- Understands relationships between CI and establishing recommended and measuring compliance.
