Contract
Experience:
Required 10 years
We need to use App Engine to build Scoped App.
Require ServiceNow resource that has ITOM (CMDB Event Management) and ITSM (Incident) experience
Resource needs to have ServiceNow workflow script experience and the ability to pull and update data via scripting
Work on ticketing incidents e.g. Creating changing modifying workflows
Configuring incident routing.
Development work exp in App Engine and Scoped App required in this.
