Lo - Physician - Critical Care Petoskey MI

ICU Coverage expectations:

• Perform ICU Admits or consults upon request
• Daily manage & round on all patients on the critical care service
• Perform face to face clinical handoff to the oncoming critical care provider
• Complete all medical record documentation prior to end of work shift
• Submit all professional billable activity by end of work shift

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Rates to Submit:

• Orientation must be 1/2 the hourly rate
• 24 hour call must include 12 hours onsite plus 12 hours on call
• Call back
• Holiday rates

• ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• Board Certified (No BE) Required
• MI License & CSR at Submission Required at time of clear no exceptions not accepting IMLC
• BLS Required
• Provider must be local Highly preferred
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing REQUIRED no exceptions
• Please submit rates at time of name clear Required will not send to client without rates
• Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about required
• DEA Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
