In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

About the role

Were now looking for an experienced Backend Developer who can drive the development of our admin tools and customer service solutions. The users and stakeholders for what we build are our colleagues. Youll be working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to build and integrate customer service tools focusing on our parcel journey system and chatbot solution.

Your expertise will shape the core of our customer service offering and your contributions will directly enhance service efficiency across multiple channels. If youre passionate about creating robust backend services that help other teams function seamlessly we want to meet you!

What Were Looking For
Were looking for a senior backend developer with at least 5 years of experience. If youve worked in the CS domain building backoffice tools and internal service solutions youll fit right in. Were seeking someone who enjoys solving complex problems particularly in creating efficient service solutions.

Some key skills and experiences were looking for:

• 5 years of backend development experience

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript

• Experience with customer service tools internal admin systems or similar domains

• Experience with any major cloud provider (e.g. AWS GCP) Kubernetes Terraform

• Problemsolving skills with a focus on longterm scalable solutions

• Experience in working with an agile development methodology

• Comfortable making decisions

• Proficient in English
