Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled OnSite Resident Engineer to provide technical support and expertise to our clients in the areas of measurement and calibration. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful integration of advanced technologies within our clients environments. If you have a passion for problemsolving and customer engagement this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the main technical contact onsite troubleshooting and resolving issues related to measurement and calibration systems.
- Advisory Role: Partner closely with the client to understand their requirements propose customized solutions and guide the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
- Product Integration: Manage the integration of calibration products into the clients IT environment to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility.
- Quality Assurance: Address technical quality issues proactively implement corrective measures and follow up to ensure longterm improvement.
- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and presentations for client teams to facilitate knowledgesharing and effective product usage.
MustHave Requirements:
- Educational Background: B.Sc or M.Sc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Industry Experience:
- At least 2 years in the automotive industry with expertise in embedded software measurement and calibration.
- Proficiency in ETAS INCA or similar tools is required; experience with ASCMO and/or EHANDBOOK is a bonus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong background in automotive calibration and testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and structured problemsolving.
- Communication: Excellent communicator who is proactive organized and highly customerfocused.
- Languages: Fluent in English with Swedish proficiency preferred.
