Description: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Safe and Efficient Driving Release Manager to lead our software release process. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to work a strong quality mindset and a passion for tackling complex challenges. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the release process and coordinating with our CI/CD pipeline while also acting as the Product Regulation Compliance Owner (PRCO) for the relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Software Release Process:
Manage and oversee the software release process ensuring timely and highquality deliveries.
Collaborate closely with development Scrum teams to monitor and measure progress guaranteeing that deliverables meet expectations for content and quality.
Coordinate with CI/CD Pipeline:
Evolve the release process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the CI/CD pipeline.
Research and Analyze Methodologies:
Investigate software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies to determine the best applications for our scope.
Requirements:
Education:
Masters degree in Electronics Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in software development with a focus on configuration management or software release processes.
Experience in applying digital solutions and data analytics to improve workflow and efficiency.
Skills:
High competence in communication and networking enabling effective collaboration across teams.
