Job Description
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Safe and Efficient Driving Release Manager to lead our software release process. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to work a strong quality mindset and a passion for tackling complex challenges. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the release process and coordinating with our CI/CD pipeline while also acting as the Product Regulation Compliance Owner (PRCO) for the relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Software Release Process:
- Manage and oversee the software release process ensuring timely and highquality deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with development Scrum teams to monitor and measure progress guaranteeing that deliverables meet expectations for content and quality.
- Coordinate with CI/CD Pipeline:
- Evolve the release process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the CI/CD pipeline.
- Research and Analyze Methodologies:
- Investigate software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies to determine the best applications for our scope.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Masters degree in Electronics Computer Engineering or equivalent field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in software development with a focus on configuration management or software release processes.
- Experience in applying digital solutions and data analytics to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Skills:
- High competence in communication and networking enabling effective collaboration across teams.
