Job Description
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Weekly planning and assignment of responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Super Market.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive sales and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth..
- Ensures that accurate and updated customer records are maintained
- Monitors customer payments, ensuring that all accounts are settled in accordance to the agreed terms and conditions, on a regular basis
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports highlighting sales analysis
- Carries responsibility for building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in the market
