**Job Responsibilities:**
- Interact with clients and provide comprehensive consultations.
- Offer financial solutions to clients and prepare financing calculations.
- Follow up with clients from the initial inquiry stage through to the completion of the sale process.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in real estate or financial sales (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A flexible personality with a strong drive for achievement.
