The Senior Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and implementing advanced software solutions that support our cuttingedge research initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with engineers data analysts and various stakeholders to translate innovative research concepts into functional prototypes MVPs POCs and scalable productionready applications. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of fullstack development AI/ML projects and a passion for building transformative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy innovative software solutions to support research initiatives and the advancement of technology within the organization.
- Collaborate with engineers data analysts and stakeholders to transform research concepts into functional prototypes minimum viable products (MVPs) proof of concepts (POCs) and productionready applications.
- Lead the endtoend development of fullstack applications ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
- Apply best practices in DevOps and infrastructure management including cloud services CI/CD pipelines server management and version control to ensure scalable and efficient deployments.
- Optimize performance scalability and security of applications through API integration and backend performance tuning.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI machine learning and software development to drive continuous innovation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience working on at least 7 AI or Machine Learningrelated projects showcasing the ability to integrate research and technology.
- Expertise in frontend development including HTML/CSS JavaScript frontend build tools and UI/UX design.
- Strong backend development skills with experience in serverside languages and frameworks such as Python Golang .NET RESTful services APIs databases and authentication methods.
- Proficiency in cloud services server management CI/CD pipelines and version control with a focus on DevOps best practices.
- Handson experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in API integration and performance optimization.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global or researchoriented environment.
- Strong interest and experience in cuttingedge technology particularly in AI machine learning and datadriven development.
