Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Develop and manage relationships with motorcycle dealers to expand the motorcycle installment business.
- Identify and secure partnerships with major motorcycle brands ensuring mutual benefits and growth.

Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing business partners and channels.
- Promote a positive reputation of the finance product and brand within the motorcycle market.

Market Expansion:
- Continuously seek new opportunities to increase business production ensuring stable and sustainable growth.
- Leverage market insights and trends to drive business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:

Educational Background:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in any field.

Experience:
- 8 10 years in Business Development or Partnership roles within wellknown multifinance or automotive finance companies specifically handling new motorcycle loan products.
- Experience at a Senior Manager level or higher.

Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Extensive experience and market resources in the motorcycle industry particularly with Honda group.
- Proven ability to establish and manage cooperation with major Honda dealers.
- Strong strategic thinking and skills.
