Finance Officer

Candidate will be handling subsidiary books ensuring that the financial records of the subsidiaries are accurate complete and compliant with accounting standards.

Prepare a consolidation schedule to combine the financial statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Consolidate the financial statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries including the balance sheet income statement and cash flow statement

Eliminate intercompany transactions between the parent company and its subsidiaries during the consolidation process

Should handle Financial planning and analysis

Should also handle auditing .

Requirements

Candidate should be a CAInter with 45 years experience in handling end to end

finance operations.
