Snapshot of Your Role in Home Financing
Be part of our client s team as a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant where you will manage loan applications using EnCompass ensure regulatory compliance and provide exceptional client support. Your expertise will streamline loan processes and enhance customer satisfaction in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm EST (could be flexible)
Work Setup: Onsite Bogot
What You ll Do to Make Mortgages Matter
- Manage loan applications using EnCompass ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Provide comprehensive support guiding clients through the loan process and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Leverage technology to streamline loan operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Loan Game
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- 35 years of experience as a Loan Officer with strong clientfacing skills.
- Proficient in EnCompass and other relevant loan management systems.
- Techsavvy with a proven ability to integrate technology solutions into loan processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Mortgage experience is a plus.
