Job Description
As a Compliance Officer you will ensure our lending practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role requires exceptional English proficiency strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in law or related fields is a plus but we seek a toptier graduate ready to excel in a dynamic environment.
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (EST) Weekends Off
Work Setup: Onsite in Bogot and Medellin
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Review analyze and draft compliancerelated documents reports and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliancerelated inquiries and challenges.
- Develop implement and maintain compliance procedures and controls.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory and legal requirements affecting the online lending industry.
- Communicate compliance updates and policies clearly and concisely to teams clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree from a toptier university (required).
- Exceptional English proficiency both written and spoken (required).
- Experience in compliance particularly within the US market.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
