Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) & EOS Integrator to lead and optimize our operations driving growth and efficiency across all areas of our business. This role is key to aligning RoverPasss strategy and vision with daytoday operations ensuring a significant impact on our clients and industry partners.
As our COO & EOS Integrator you will work closely with the leadership team and CEO to execute our strategic goals overseeing all operational aspects and ensuring every team is aligned and working towards a common objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across all areas of RoverPass.
- Collaborate with the CEO and department leaders to align the companys vision with operational execution.
- Manage and oversee crossfunctional teams ensuring efficiency and goal achievement within each department.
- Drive process improvement initiatives ensuring resources are effectively utilized to maximize results.
- Facilitate Level 10 meetings to track objectives and KPIs promoting open communication and accountability.
- Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies using tools like HubSpot and Zapier.
- Identify and resolve critical operational issues ensuring all areas of the business are in sync with shared goals.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of trends and best practices within the outdoor accommodation and glamping industry to ensure RoverPasss relevance and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar operational leadership role such as COO or EOS Integrator with a solid understanding of team management and strategy execution.
- Deep knowledge and experience in implementing the EOS system to align operations with strategic vision.
- Experience overseeing automation tools like HubSpot and Zapier to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with the outdoor accommodation glamping and campground industry.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills and a reliable home office setup.
