We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Clinical Services into a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do.
- The Clinical Nurse Manager III will participate in the management of and be responsible for the day to day service of clinical care within area of responsibility
- Planning directing and coordinating the activities of the service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate and lead a team of staff in the implementation and provision of the highest quality patient care.
- Support assist and facilitate colleagues in achieving specific Critical Success Factors as developed for the ward/unit/department.
- Encourage a culture of openness and participation through effective communication.
Requirements
- Current registration with NMBI
- Strong values and commitment to patient Safety & Quality
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a people management role essential
- Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Management Qualification essential.
- ACLS course completed or be willing to undertake
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills.
