Job Description
Join a leading global BPO company experiencing rapid growth. Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence in Lodtz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday BPO operations across multiple client accounts.
- Lead and develop a highperforming team.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience managing BPO operations 5 years total in the BPO industry.
- Proficient in English Dutch and Polish.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
