Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients serving as their primary point of contact for all businessrelated matters.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to foster account growth within the existing client.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their operations identify areas for improvement and provide solutions using our platform.
- Work with customer teams to ensure strong product adoption.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients understand their needs and build longterm relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to identify client challenges propose innovative solutions and drive business growth.
