Lease Consultant with German

In collaboration we areworking with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Germanspeaking Lease Consultant in Dusseldorf Germany or Dublin Ireland

Location: Dusseldorf Germany or Dublin Ireland

Work model: Hybrid after 6 months details to be discussed

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission
• Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls in regards to possible setup of telecom antennas
• Following up with property owners and getting commitments
• Being organised and updating MD7s internal database
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nativelevel of German and basic English fluency
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
• Sales and negotiations background is needed
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel Outlook and Word
