Team Leader Responsibilities

• Lead coach and inspire a team of business development representatives to meet ambitious targets and KPIs ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Stay actively involved in daily operations responding to client needs and adjusting strategies as required.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services guiding your team to identify and qualify new prospects effectively.
• Improve team performance by introducing and refining systems structures and processes to increase operational efficiency.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are achieved overseeing performance management attendance and evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Native or fluent in German with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching teams preferably in the tech sector.
• Proven experience generating qualified opportunities and building selfdriven sales pipelines.
• Success in a highenergy environment with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• Excellent communication presentation listening and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize workflows and processes for greater team efficiency.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to inspire and lead a team to excellence.
• Selfsufficient adaptable and able to make quick decisions while managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and comfort with datadriven decisionmaking.
