Job Description
Senior Enterprise Architect HR Systems Transformation
Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background capable of actively leading architectural work while being selfmotivated. You will be responsible for leading four major transformation programs in the HR domain and managing a team of 45 solution architects and data architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture initiatives for HR systems transformation ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that support transformation objectives
- Direct a team of solution architects and data architects providing guidance and support
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to foster collaboration
- Actively share knowledge provide advice and drive initiatives with stakeholders
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in defining architectures and developing roadmaps within the enterprise architecture framework
- Strong understanding of SAP implementations particularly in the HR domain including familiarity with SuccessFactors Legion and UKG
- Ability to analyze needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps understanding the connections and impacts of various activities
Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational skills enabling a comprehensive understanding of activities and their interconnections within the architectural landscape
