Senior Enterprise Architect HR Systems Transformation
Description: We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in HR systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background capable of actively leading architectural work while being selfmotivated. You will be responsible for leading four major transformation programs in the HR domain and managing a team of 45 solution architects and data architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture initiatives for HR systems transformation ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that support transformation objectives
Direct a team of solution architects and data architects providing guidance and support
Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to foster collaboration
Actively share knowledge provide advice and drive initiatives with stakeholders
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in defining architectures and developing roadmaps within the enterprise architecture framework
Strong understanding of SAP implementations particularly in the HR domain including familiarity with SuccessFactors Legion and UKG
Ability to analyze needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps understanding the connections and impacts of various activities
Competencies and Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational skills enabling a comprehensive understanding of activities and their interconnections within the architectural landscape
