Your role and your tasks:
As our Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for the endtoend management of our product lifecycle in collaboration with our marketing sales engineering customer support teams. Therefore you will be responsible for:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs market trends and business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct indepth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs industry trends and new opportunities.
- Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define product features and requirements working closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize development efforts.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering design marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and effective gotomarket strategies.
- Product Launch and GoToMarket Strategy: Plan and execute product launches including developing gotomarket strategies to ensure successful market entry and customer adoption.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics gather customer feedback and make datadriven decisions to continuously improve the product.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders including senior leadership team members and customers to ensure alignment on product progress and decisions.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on product management best practices fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Now lets talk about you:
- 5 years of experience in product management preferably in digital content management ecommerce or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products with experience in both strategic planning and tactical .
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- You have a deep understanding of market research competitive analysis and customer needs preferably within the digital content and ecommerce sectors.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. JIRA Productboard Miro).
- You have a strong understanding of technical concepts. Experience in software development is a plus.
- Business fluency in English. German would be a plus.
