Job Title: Conversion Agent (Regulated FX Company)
Location: Mexico City Mexico
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Conversion: Engage with potential clients to understand their FX needs and convert them into
active customers. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and other sources.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate information to clients about FX products and
services.3. Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed conversion targets set by the management. Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and update CRM systems
accordingly.4. Compliance and Regulation:
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Ensure all client transactions and communications comply with relevant
regulations.5. Market Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the FX market. Provide clients with insights and advice based on market analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Conversion Agent or in a similar sales role withinthe FX industry.
Must be based in Mexico City. Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. Strong understanding of the FX market and related financial products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
