RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a Portuguese Call Center Agent to join our team at our location on the 6th of October City Egypt.
As a Portuguese customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguesespeaking clients. This is a temporary fulltime position with the potential for longterm employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from Portuguesespeaking customers and assist with inquiries complaints and requests
Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize company systems and resources to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work onsite at our 6th of October City location
Graduated undergrads and gap year
