This is a remote position.
The Sales Team Manager will oversee the Marketing Department which consists of Cold Callers and Texters.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead supervise and motivate a team of cold callers.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Recruit train and onboard new team members as needed.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track individual and team performance against lead generation and sales goals.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor the quality and quantity of calls.
Prepare reports on team performance and present findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize team productivity.
Coaching & Development:
Provide ongoing training coaching and support to improve cold calling techniques.
Develop training materials scripts and resources to enhance the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.
Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends customer feedback and campaign data to refine calling strategies.
Implement innovative solutions to increase the conversion rate of calls into qualified leads or sales.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure all team members follow company guidelines and comply with relevant regulations (e.g. Do Not Call lists data privacy laws).
Monitor call quality and customer interactions to ensure professionalism and adherence to standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure that all customer interactions are logged and tracked in the CRM system.
Manage customer followups and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales or account management teams.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a cold calling telemarketing or sales role.
12 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
13 years relevant experience handling Sales team in Real Estate company

Training Sales Management
