Job Description
- Assist in arranging and optimizing delivery schedules for truck drivers based on route planning and customer needs.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in deliveries or driver availability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for truck drivers providing timely updates and support regarding schedules and routes.
- Proactively communicate with drivers to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or delays that may arise during their routes.
- Quickly identify and assess problems faced by drivers offering solutions to minimize disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules routes and any incidents that occur.
- Prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and suggest improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate is welcome experience in Logistics Industry is advantage.
- Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia Languages Speaker is highly preferable.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
