Job Summary:
As a Senior Business Development Specialist at BYD New Business Development Section your main responsibility is to support the passenger vehicle sales team especially by providing necessary business support related to charging and energy solutions to our B2B clients and dealers. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving the sales and enhancing the customer experience of BYD electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Support:
- Support the passenger vehicle sales team by assisting in the coordination and implementation of charging solutions.
- Target Customer Identification / Approach:
- Identify potential B2B clients and dealers with a demand for green energy solutions in specific countries both within and beyond BYDs existing partnerships.
- Partnership Building:
- Establish key partnerships with B2B clients and dealers to expand BYDs market presence.
- Leverage these partnerships to uncover new business opportunities and enhance BYDs influence in the emobility sectors.
- Solution Delivery:
- Understand the actual demands of clients and collaborate with existing partners to deliver the best possible green energy solutions ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customeroriented service.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct indepth market research and analysis focusing on the European public fast charging and renewable energy market.
- Stay informed on market trends future directions and the competitive landscape to support strategic decisionmaking and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
- 24 years work experience. Proven experience in business development sales account management or a similar role particularly within the emobility or renewable energy sector is a plus.
- Strong passion for the emobility ecosystem including charging infrastructure photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
- Excellent communication negotiation and partnershipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
- Willing to frequently travel internationally as required with an EU driving license.
