Job Description

As an HR Assistant focusing on companyinitiated benefits you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR departments operations. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of administrative and human resources tasks including HRIS management onboarding/offboarding records management and other general administrative duties. Your efforts will help ensure the smooth delivery of HR services and the proper management of employee benefits.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition onboarding and offboarding.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

5. Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively.

6. Proven administrative skills particularly in file organization and maintenance procedures.

7. Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.

8. Proficiency in computer and database management.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. GovernmentMandated Benefits

  • Oversee the companys adherence to governmentmandated programs including
  • governmentmandated benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Assist in government remittances claims and loans.

2. CompanyInitiated Benefits

  • Administer companyinitiated benefits such as HMO enrollment and hospitalization.
  • Provide support for employee loan programs.

3. Administrative Work

  • Manage WhatsApp groups and oversee user inclusion/removal.
  • Administer access control systems and gate passes.
  • Handle ID issuance and phone line requests.
  • Procure office supplies business cards and uniforms.
  • Coordinate PSA surveys and data collection.
  • Manage office maintenance services.

4. Timekeeping

  • Oversee timekeeping processes and resolve related disputes.
  • Create and manage Employee SelfService accounts.
  • Maintain and update monthly master lists.
  • Administer HRIS (Jeonsoft) setup and management.

5. Employee Management

  • Maintain the Employee Database and Human Resource Information System.Group
  • Assist in setting up Scorecards (PMS) for new positions.
  • Support endtoend regularization processes.

6. Offboarding

    • Provide consistent and effective communication regarding employees status and the offboarding process.
    • Update offboarding actions across tracking systems.
    • Regularly update and monitor the clearance tracker.
    • Address all queries and concerns related to the offboarding process.

    7. Employee Engagement

    • Assist in Employee Engagement programs but not limited to; 3PM Habit Monthly Birthday Bash and Quarterly Engagement initiatives.

    8. Support Overall HR Initiatives

    • Assist with HR initiatives and contribute to achieving HR goals and objectives as needed.
