Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathways.
This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Content Development: Craft engaging ad copy based on thorough keyword research. Manage and optimize key campaign elements including conversion rates and bidding strategies to maximize impact.
DataDriven Analysis: Employ advanced analytics to dissect campaign data evaluate keyword costs and test the effectiveness of landing pages. Share insights on emerging opportunities and potential risks fostering informed decisionmaking.
Tracking and Accuracy: Guarantee the integrity of campaign data through meticulous tracking using Google Tag Manager and Analytics ensuring actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and Google Ads best practices applying this knowledge to keep our campaigns at the forefront of the industry.
Team Empowerment: Mentor team members in Paid Search excellence guiding their campaigns towards success and encouraging the adoption of innovative strategies.
Revenue Growth: Collaboratively spearhead initiatives with the performance marketing team to boost revenue through strategic nonbrand campaigns.
Innovative Experimentation: Pilot and perfect new Paid Search strategies and channels embracing experimentation to uncover growth avenues and expand our digital footprint.
Optimize for Success: Improve campaign efficiency by conducting ad copy tests carrying out continuous optimizations and ensuring campaigns perform at their peak levels.
What skills and experience are required
Experience: Minimum 35 years in paid search (advanced Google and Bing skills required) and 3 years using Google Analytics Looker or similar tools.
Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Track Record: Proven lead generation and audience growth capabilities.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and regions.
Tools:
Proficiency with bid management platforms like Kenshoo Marin or Search Ads 360 and basic knowledge of Asana or similar tools.
