We are looking for a passionate and dedicatedTechnical Support to join our team in Lviv!

What Youll get to do:

• Configure and manage casino settings rules and regulations to ensure a smooth and compliant gaming experience.
• Configure and test new games to ensure they integrate seamlessly with the casino platform and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and industry standards.
• Provide support for the game release process including testing validation and documentation.
• Handle and resolve support requests from players and account managers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Forward technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution and track their progress.
• Validate game wins rounds and bug reports as requested by account managers.
• Identify validate and reproduce bugs on the production environment ensuring timely resolution and prevention of future occurrences.

What You need to know:

• Strong analytical mind and problemsolving skills.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in JSON XML CSV and XLS formats.
• Understanding of HTTP protocols browser consoles and HTTP error codes.
• Knowledge of MySQL queries.

Nice to have:

• Basic experience as QA
• Experience within the online gambling industry.
• Experience working with admin panels and back offices.
