You will play an instrumental role in driving the success of multiple projects collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and alignment with project goals.

About the job:

What Youll get to do:

• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure project processes and timelines are adhered to.
• Project Roadmap Ownership: Take ownership of project roadmap ensuring goals are achieved within deadlines.
• Team Facilitation: Lead team meetings motivate team members and resolve dependencies.
• Risk Management: Identify track and manage risks to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders conveying project goals updates and outcomes clearly.
• Status Reporting: Provide comprehensive and timely reports to management.
• Process Optimization: Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Scope Management: Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and manage project scope.
• Client Engagement: Represent the company in client interactions ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

What You need to know:

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management preferably in IT.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (B2C1 level).
• Knowledge of IT tools and practices.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Engineering background or knowledge of .NET engineering (or similar fields) is a plus.
• Experience or background in business analysis is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
• iGaming experience is advantageous.
