Job Description
Job Title: Logistic Operations Manager
Industry: Mining/Logistics
Location: Phnom Penh
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the endtoend logistics process including warehousing transportation and distribution.
- Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of logistics staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Supplier Coordination: Work closely with Chinesespeaking suppliers and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations industry standards and legal requirements in all logistics activities.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stock shortages.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports analyze key metrics and track performance against targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- Fluent in Chinese is a must.
- Proven experience in logistics supply chain or operations management.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Working Hours:
- Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm
