About the team

Currently were developing our Customer Experience department and we need a Customer Experience Agent (trainee).

Would you like to join us

Tasks

What youll do:

  • Liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues by phone and email on topics such as reservations changes cancellations or confirmations of orders refunds special requests etc.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information.
  • Participate in new projects for which we need your help such as process improvement Business continuity plan etc.
  • Resolving customer complaints responding to phone calls and email requests and maintaining customer service records.

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • You are studying Tourism or similar.
  • You can sign an agreement with your University.
  • Native/High French or Italian
  • HighMedium English level.
  • Proficiency working with English and another European language is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Good communication skills
  • Possitive atitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Experience in Customer Service will be highly valuable.
