Tasks
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Conduct thorough screening of applicants through resume reviews interviews and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions interview processes and candidate selection.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates industry professionals and external recruitment agencies to create a robust talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the IT or software development industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes candidate sourcing techniques and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
