Tasks

About the Role

As a member of the team your main responsibilities will be to:

Product Operations at a Global scale

  • Manage the product lifecycle on an industrial scale ensuring it is capable of supporting B2B operations and growth.
  • Implement strategies that optimise product performance at scale balancing operational efficiency with innovation.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of product delivery ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing support for B2B and B2C environments.

Product Planning and Roadmap:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to develop clear and actionable roadmaps that vary in detail depending on the products lifecycle stage.
  • Ensure that roadmaps are aligned with the overall product vision and business strategy.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to define precise product requirements.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products balancing scope and quality.

Product Development and :

  • Oversee the entire product development process from initial conception through to market launch.
  • Advocate for and implement agile methodologies to streamline product development and ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure that product quality meets and exceeds customer expectations conducting rigorous evaluations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to maintain high standards in user stories and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Management

  • Deeply understand and anticipate the needs of users in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Engage proactively with internal teamssuch as marketing sales and client operationsas well as external stakeholders for comprehensive product feedback and validation.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry partners and clients to ensure the products relevance and alignment with market needs.

Product Performance and Optimisation

  • Continuously monitor key metrics and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Lead and coordinate product updates and iterations based on datadriven insights and customer input.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal positioning and market success for the product.

  • Proven experience with SaaS software products in a B2C context.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch competitive products.
  • Strong strategic analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to cater to diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of agile development and product management best practices.
