Requirements:

• Conversational level of English.
• Completed Bachelor's degree (degree or certificate).
• 3 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
• 4 years of use of computer equipment software and software packages.
• 2 years of cyclic counting.
• 2 years of personnel management/leadership.
• 1 year knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the safekeeping of the material received according to the PO's and Quality guidelines with Productivity and effectiveness avoiding delays rework and scrap.
• Timely sharing of the necessary information for decision making with integrity accuracy and transparency in accordance with the requirements of the support areas and management.
• Share information to the Broker on incoming and urgent raw materials to be imported.
• Ensure inventories register and consult in MRP system Synchrono GP among others.
• Comply and manage the daily compliance of the RIT NOM035 and HR Policies be an example with your attitude (Culture) performance and adherence to CLFD guidelines to increase satisfaction and sense of belonging of your team to retain talent....
• Facilitate the integration certification and growth of assigned personnel training them both in the performance of their activities and in alignment with the Culture to build talent loyalty and promote the development of competencies.

• Monitor the use of PPE and other Health and Safety guidelines of the staff assigned to their charge to avoid accidents or delays both in their activities and at the time of breaks and transfers.
