Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our client a leading fresh produce distributor is seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support IT infrastructure projects in Mexico. This role focuses on coordinating technical teams managing timelines and ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders. Ideal for professionals with up to 5 years of experience this position offers growth in enterprise IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning tracking and documenting IT infrastructure projects (networking cloud data centers security).
- Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineers cloud specialists) and business stakeholders.
- Identify and track project risks escalating issues and proposing mitigation plans.
- Support change management processes for infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- Coordinate vendor engagements and procurement for infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles.
- Foundational knowledge of networking cloud services (Azure AWS Google Cloud) and IT security.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Smartsheet MS Project).
- Strong organizational communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise environments or largescale IT projects.
- Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or ITIL frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud migrations or infrastructure upgrades.
