Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls directing inquiries and addressing client queries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Coordinate with internal staff regarding administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements as needed.
- Manage office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails packages etc.).
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields will be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
