About the Job:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business processes data analysis and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to help drive datadriven decisionmaking and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs define project requirements and ensure a clear understanding of project goals
Data Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows collecting data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business process flows system requirements use cases and user stories
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Reporting: Generate regular and adhoc reports using tools such as Excel SQL or BI tools to support decisionmaking processes
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders IT teams and management to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
Testing & Validation: Assist in the validation of solutions including preparing test plans and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
Project Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines scope and project deliverables are met
Requirements/Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or related field
12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL or BI tools like Tableau Power BI)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in documenting business processes and creating reports
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
