Job Description
- Conduct indepth analysis to understand client needs challenges and opportunities translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Analyze available options considering feasibility cost and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
- Participate and facilitate walkthroughs to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
- Prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
- Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the client.
- Provide support during testing and deployment.
- Provide training and support to endusers.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Overall 10 years of IT experience.
- Must have 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Good understanding of Closed book of business (experience in migration).
- Good understanding of the Life and Pensions domain.
- Good understanding of the German Life Insurance market.
- Good proficiency in the German language.
- Nice to have some understanding of the MSG product.
- Analyze and understand existing business products and processes and be able to suggest future states.
- Understand the needs of clients and translate them into functional requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis.
- Define configure and customize application requirements.
- Provide strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
