Job Overview:
The Student Support Admin plays a crucial role in facilitating and managing various administrative tasks related to student enrolments and support. This position involves overseeing the preenrolment process by sending and following up on required documents from students and employers including both feeforservice and Smart & Skilled funded enrolments. The role includes entering and managing data in the Learning Management System (LMS) updating spreadsheets for reporting purposes and conducting student inductions.
Additional responsibilities include developing training plans setting up online course enrolments and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. The Student Support Admin will also assist with answering incoming calls review student transcripts and experience for qualifications and perform transcript authentication. The role may involve additional duties as directed by Student Support Services to ensure the smooth operation and delivery of student support functions.
Job Description:
- Sending and following up on preenrolment documents from students and employers (fee for service and Smart & Skilled funded enrolments)
- Entering data into LMS
- Updating spreadsheet for future reporting (excel)
- Conducting student inductions

Requirements
- 2 Years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word and Excel with particular emphasis on Excel. Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Excel for data management analysis and reporting including the use of formulas pivot tables and advanced functions to manage and interpret data.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their functionalities. Ability to navigate LMS platforms to enter update and manage student information course enrolments and other relevant data. Experience in utilizing LMS tools to support student learning and administrative tasks is preferred.
- Professional Communication Skills:
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively. Demonstrated skills in providing clear courteous and informative responses to students employers and other stakeholders. Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Organizational and Time Management Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of managing various administrative duties simultaneously while ensuring thoroughness and efficiency in all tasks.

- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors in data and documentation. Meticulous in reviewing and verifying information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ability to maintain a high level of precision in managing and processing student records and related administrative functions
