Job Description

Position Title: Regional Sales Representative (English)

Location: Las Vegas

Duration: Permanent

POSITION SUMMARY

We are searching for an energetic and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in achieving sales objectives within a designated territory through client relationship management and new business development. The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying sales opportunities nurturing existing accounts and entering new markets serving as a key corporate representative.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Account Management:

Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decisionmakers.

Promote sell and secure orders from existing and new clients.

Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities.

Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.

Offer technical support and guidance on company products.

Track monitor and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain uptodate CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports providing feedback on performance variances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Strong problemsolving skills.
    • Preferably an engineering background or technical understanding.
    • Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Energetic and resultsoriented with a proven track record.
    • Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
    • Strong time management organizational and planning skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively; valid drivers license required.
    • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
