Job Summary:
As the Partner Relationship and Sales Manager you are a catalyst in Voadera s trajectory tasked with building and overseeing our expanding network of partners. This role surpasses the usual duties combining relationship building with strong sales initiatives and the growth of our brand portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Brand Growth and Marketing your expertise in partner dynamics adept negotiation skills and profound insights into Ecommerce especially the Amazon marketplace will be your compass in steering our company s ambitious course.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Engineer and implement a blueprint for enlarging our network of brands and distributors championing Voaderas mission and benefits to forge solid bonds.
Maintain vibrant continual dialogue with partners anticipating their needs and pinpointing mutual growth avenues.
Spearhead advantageous negotiations ensuring beneficial terms and cultivating lasting goodwill.
Empower mentor manage and grow our sales force instilling a culture of ambition and guiding them in the art of successful partner acquisition.
Channel your brand management acumen to navigate and resolve typical challenges encountered by resellers and brands within the Amazon ecosystem.
Represent Voadera in industry events keeping our pulse on market trends and fostering valuable connections.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve marketing strategies that elevate partner sales performance leveraging crossfunctional expertise to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
Liaise with logistics to ensure a seamless supply chain for our wholesale operations.
Address and resolve escalated purchase order logistics payment or marketing issues ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes for both Voadera and our partners.
Drive process optimizations to bolster the effectiveness of partner management and sales procedures.
Assemble and captain a stellar Partner Relationship and Sales division scaling efforts in tandem with business growth.
Conduct and preside over weekly meetings across sales partner management and wholesale operations ensuring targets align with strategic objectives.
Maintain close communication loops with internal stakeholders including rigorous tracking and followup on critical metrics and documents.
Pilot key meetings and discussions reinforcing our marketing strategies and sales agenda.
Oversee a team specializing in Lead Generation and enhance the efficiency of the lead generation process.
Job Requirements:
Proven track record in sales and partner relationship management.
Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms and dynamics particularly Amazon.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
Leadership experience with the capability to mentor and guide a sales team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
Competency in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
Willingness to travel as required for trade shows and partner meetings.

Proficiency in negotiating favorable terms handling MOQs and closing deals effectively.
Amazon Marketplace Proficiency
Indepth knowledge of DS FBA AWD AGL and Amazon s tools and processes for optimizing performance.
Leadership and Team Management
Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
Strategic Thinking
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform and adapt sales and partnership strategies.
Technical and Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Excel including creating formulas and conducting margin calculations cost analysis and sales projections.
ECommerce Knowledge
Familiarity with the dynamics of ecommerce platforms and the unique challenges of resellers and brands.
Conflict Resolution Abilities
Strong problemsolving skills to address and resolve partner concerns effectively.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to present negotiate and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Education
