Project Analyst
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance and ongoing tracking of projects.
- Follow standard project management processes.
- Manage transition change control processes and record details in the plan.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Support project leads and specialists with deliverables and schedules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for necessary signoffs.
- Update project documentation based on meetings and email inputs.
- Provide administrative support to the project/transition team.
- Prepare project plans governance structures and reporting templates.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and PMO.
- Foster effective working relationships within the department.
Required Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience:
Preferred Competencies/Skills:
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective collaboration and planning abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of BPO experience.
- 12 years of project management experience preferred.
- Contract management is a plus.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of transitions and project management.
