Duties:

Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required with the remote position.

Conduct and regulate job duties in a professional manner to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Ideal Therapy.

Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner (session notes reports).

Administer assessments including but not limited to VBMAPP AFLS ABLLS essentials for Living and other skills assessments.

Create and modify behavior plans for each client on caseload; monitor implementation and provide feedback to management staff and family.

Supervise clients and RBTs on caseload at least 1x per week.

Provide feedback encouragement training support and leadership to the team.

Observe client and RBT during treatment; compile and evaluate data on client responses and progress.

Lead caregiver trainings.

Attend and participate in parent team and therapist meetings as well as professional development and training.

Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the course of treatment and regular parent training meetings.

Ability to identify areas where we need organizational improvement and in client experience and initiate improvement measures.

Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don t greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients.

Keep up to date with the latest state and BACB regulatory guidelines and ethics to ensure you remain in compliance and maintain license credentialing

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.

Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.

Ability to handle and provide straightforward feedback to the leadership team members.
